Based in Rushden, North Northamptonshire, Dan Slack Fitness is a personal training service focused on helping clients get into better shape while learning how to look after their own fitness long term. The approach is tailored to each person, with an emphasis on education rather than quick fixes or jumping between programmes.

Two routes are offered: face to face one to one coaching in the gym, covering exercise technique, accountability and motivation, and online coaching built around a personalised workout plan with regular check-ins. Personal training in general suits people who want structure, guidance on form and someone to keep them on track towards their goals.
