Set in the heart of Dundee city centre, this personal training studio offers private, one to one coaching in a dedicated space away from the crowds of a busy gym. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Ricky Ross has worked with hundreds of people on their fitness goals, delivering sessions both in person and online.

A range of services is available, from individual training to small group work, so the approach can be matched to what each person is looking for. Personal training generally suits those who want focused guidance, accountability and a plan built around their own goals rather than a standard routine.
