Kickboxing in Pontypridd is on offer through the Welsh Kickboxing Organisation, a martial arts club with roots going back to 1996. Originally known as the Afan Lido Kickboxing & Karate Club, it took the WKO name in 2017 and now runs classes at several venues across South Wales. The organisation has a long record of producing competitive fighters at Welsh and British level.
