Blue Wave Martial Arts Ltd
About
Based in Risby on the edge of Bury St Edmunds, Blue Wave Martial Arts is a multi-discipline martial arts club with its own dedicated facility. The timetable covers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, karate, kickboxing, judo and Eskrima, with youth classes for ages 3 to 16 and a BJJ junior team for children aged 3 to 8. Training runs across three mats, with both daytime and evening sessions, and newcomers can book a trial class.
A martial arts club offering several styles can suit people who want to try different approaches before settling on one. Grappling arts tend to focus on control and technique on the ground, while striking styles build fitness, coordination and confidence on the feet.
