Taekwon-do-Wales / Port Talbot

About

Taekwon-do-Wales runs a martial arts club in Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot, offering local people a place to train in Taekwon-do close to home. As the name suggests, the Port Talbot group is one branch of the wider Taekwon-do-Wales organisation.

Taekwon-do is a Korean martial art known for its kicking techniques, patterns and sparring. Clubs of this kind generally welcome a mix of ages and abilities, and training tends to build flexibility, fitness, coordination and confidence over time. Students usually progress through a coloured belt grading system. If you are thinking of joining, it is worth getting in touch first to ask about session times and what to bring.
