Nails Fight Centre
About
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the main focus at Nails Fight Centre, a martial arts gym on Depot Road in Port Talbot. The coaching team includes eight BJJ black belts, and classes cover both Gi and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu. There are kids classes, a dedicated route in for new starters, and a weights room on site, with options to pay per class or take out a monthly membership.
BJJ is a grappling art built around positional control, takedowns and submissions, and it suits people who enjoy problem solving as much as fitness. Most gyms let newcomers learn the fundamentals at their own pace, and regular training tends to build strength, flexibility and confidence over time.
