Taekwon-do-Wales Caerphilly

About

Based in Caerphilly, this martial arts school is one of several locations run by Taekwon-do Wales, a group that also has schools in Aberbargoed and Mountain Ash. It teaches ITF-style Taekwon-do and has spent more than two decades training children, beginners and adults, with a focus on self-defence.

Alongside its core classes, the wider organisation lists tai chi, ladies only classes and a programme for younger children called Lil' Leaders. Taekwon-do in general suits people looking to build fitness, flexibility and confidence, with a structured belt system that gives students clear goals as they progress.
