Spring Gymnastics

About

Based on Frensham Road in Norwich, Spring Gymnastics is a community gymnastics club welcoming children and adults of all ages. Classes range from recreational sessions through to more advanced levels, led by coaches in a safe, positive setting where enjoying the sport comes first. The club also hosts parties and runs a badge scheme.

For families, there is an onsite café where parents can relax while they wait, plus Sprouts, a role play centre for younger children. Gymnastics in general is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, and recreational classes tend to suit newcomers who simply want to have fun while picking up new skills.
