Norwich Gymnastics Club
About
Based at Heartsease Recreation Ground on Sale Road, Norwich Gymnastics Club is a registered charity offering gymnastics in Norwich, Norfolk. Children can start from the age of four, with beginner classes for the youngest gymnasts and a waiting list for families keen to secure a place. Every coach at the club holds a British Gymnastics qualification.
Gymnastics is generally a good way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, and many people find it helps them stay fit and mobile as they grow. Because it involves skills that need careful progression, it is best learned under qualified supervision, and clubs of this kind typically guide newcomers through the basics before moving on to more advanced movements.
