Spring Gymnastics
About
Based on Frensham Road in Norwich, Spring Gymnastics is a community gymnastics club welcoming children and adults of all ages. Classes range from recreational sessions through to more advanced levels, led by coaches in a safe and friendly setting. The club places real weight on members enjoying their time there, and also offers birthday parties and a badge scheme. Families waiting during sessions can use the onsite café, while younger children have Sprouts, a role play centre.
Gymnastics is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Recreational classes generally suit anyone wanting to try the sport for fun, while those who catch the bug can often progress to more structured, skill-focused training over time.
