Seven Star Martial Arts & Fitness

About

Traditional karate is the focus at Seven Star Martial Arts & Fitness, a martial arts club in Neath that also teaches in Sketty, Swansea. Classes are open to everyone from age four upwards, with separate groups for young children (Tigers, 4 to 6), older children (Dragons, 7 to 12), and teens and adults. Families are welcome too, and newcomers can book a personalised one-to-one trial lesson before joining.

Karate classes generally combine structured technique practice with fitness, coordination and self-control. For children in particular, a well-run club can be a good place to build confidence, focus and respect, while adults often enjoy the steady progression and the chance to learn a traditional art alongside others.
