Based in Briton Ferry near Neath, KGB MMA Gym is a martial arts club offering MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, K1 kickboxing, Muay Thai and submission grappling. The gym is now open at Parc Newydd and caters for everyone from complete beginners to competing fighters, with kids martial arts and junior kickboxing for ages 6 to 14 alongside adult classes.
