Sanuk UK: Muay Thai - K1 - Kickboxing

About

Based in Congleton, Cheshire East, Sanuk UK is a martial arts club whose name points to Muay Thai, K1 and kickboxing as its focus. It is listed here for anyone in the area looking for a striking-based combat sport to train in.

Striking arts like these generally build fitness, coordination and confidence, with sessions often mixing pad work, bag work, conditioning and technique drills. Muay Thai is known for its use of elbows and knees, while K1 and kickboxing rules tend to emphasise punches and kicks. If you are curious about getting started, it is worth contacting the club directly to ask about sessions and what newcomers should bring.
