Origin Gymnastics
About
Based in the Belfast area, Origin Gymnastics is a gymnastics club running coached classes for children of all ages and abilities. Sessions aim to develop confidence, strength and coordination, along with an enjoyment of movement that lasts. Alongside regular classes, the club also offers birthday parties, holiday camps and fitness and Pilates classes, and newcomers can book a free taster session.
Gymnastics is a popular choice for young people because it builds body awareness, balance and flexibility in a structured, supportive setting. Children typically progress through skills at their own pace, and the sport can lay a useful foundation for many other activities later on.
