About

Based in West Belfast beside the Peace Wall, Abbey Gymnastic CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company offering gymnastics for children and adults. Its programme runs from preschool sessions for three-year-olds through primary and secondary age recreational groups, plus adult classes for those aged 16 and over. There are also selection-only advanced groups, competitive teams in WAG and TeamGym, camps and open gym sessions.

Gymnastics is a good way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination at any age. Recreational classes generally focus on learning skills at a comfortable pace, while competitive pathways suit gymnasts who want more structured training and the chance to compete.
