Kaleidoscope Gymnastics, Cheer and Dance

About

Based in Carryduff, in the Lisburn and Castlereagh area just outside Belfast, Kaleidoscope Gymnastics, Cheer and Dance is a dedicated gymnastics facility with classes for all ages and abilities. Alongside gymnastics (from preschool and recreational groups to teen classes, competitive squads and inclusion sessions), the club also runs cheerleading teams and dance classes covering street, lyrical, musical theatre, ballet and jazz. Holiday camps and parties are offered too.

Gymnastics clubs like this are generally a good way for children and young people to build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence in a supervised setting. Many members start with recreational classes and, if they wish, move on to more structured or competitive training as their skills develop.
