Next Generation I.M.M.A.

About

Based in Ballymena, Next Generation I.M.M.A. is a martial arts club serving people across Mid and East Antrim. If you're looking for somewhere local to train, it's worth getting in touch to find out what sessions are on offer and who they suit.

Martial arts training in general is a good way to build fitness, coordination and confidence, whatever your starting point. Most clubs welcome newcomers and can explain how classes are structured, what to wear and what to expect from a first visit, so asking a few questions before you go along is usually a sensible first step.
