Based in Ballymena, Mid and East Antrim, I.M.M.A Gym (also known as Next Generation N.I) is a martial arts gym offering mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu training. Classes cater to all levels, from complete beginners through to advanced competitors, and there are options for kids and teens as well as adults.

MMA and BJJ gyms generally suit a wide range of goals, whether that is building fitness, learning practical self-defence, gaining confidence or preparing for competition. Newcomers can usually expect structured sessions covering technique, drilling and, as skills develop, controlled sparring or rolling with training partners.
