I.M.M.A. Gym

About

Based in Ballymena, in the Mid and East Antrim area, I.M.M.A. Gym is a martial arts gym serving the local community. If you live in or around the town and are looking for somewhere to train, it is worth getting in touch to find out what is on offer.

Martial arts gyms generally offer a mix of technical instruction, conditioning and partner drills, with many welcoming complete beginners alongside more experienced students. Training can be a good way to build fitness, confidence and discipline, and most clubs are happy to talk newcomers through how sessions work before they first step on the mat.
