Ignite Gymnastics
About
Based in Poole, Ignite Gymnastics is a gymnastics club offering lessons for a wide age range, from preschool sessions for under 5s through to after school classes, beginners groups and adult gymnastics. Classes run at two venues: The Junction Leisure Centre in Broadstone and BCP Ashdown Leisure Centre in Canford Heath. The club also runs holiday activities and parties, and holds a club competition.
Gymnastics is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination at any age. Beginner classes generally focus on fundamental skills and body control, giving newcomers a confident start before progressing to more challenging moves.
