BCP Leisure Ashdown Leisure Centre

About

Ashdown Leisure Centre is a BCP Leisure site in Poole, listed here under gymnastics. It forms part of a wider network of leisure facilities run across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, with a focus on accessible fitness and wellbeing for the local community.

Across the BCP Leisure network, the activities on offer include gym, swimming, fitness classes, sports, junior activities, soft play, parties, facility hire and GP referral, though availability varies by centre. Gymnastics in general is a good way for children and adults to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, and leisure centre sessions often suit newcomers looking for a structured, supportive start.
