Active Gymnastics Club Dorset

About

Active Gymnastics Club Dorset is a gymnastics club based in Poole, within the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. If you are looking for a place to take up gymnastics locally, it is worth getting in touch with the club directly to find out what sessions are available and who they are suited to.

Gymnastics in general is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Clubs often welcome children starting out as well as more experienced gymnasts, and regular training can help develop confidence and body awareness. Many people also enjoy the friendly, supportive atmosphere that comes with training alongside others in a club setting.
