This trampoline gymnastics club coaches children aged 6 to 18 at its Ellesmere Port venue, with further sessions in Chester. Training follows British Gymnastics guidance on coach ratios, spotting and progression, and sessions are led by qualified, DBS-checked coaches. Groups are kept small so skills can be taught step by step, and the club runs for most of the year.

Trampolining is generally a good way for young people to build leg strength, coordination and body awareness, and the bed absorbs much of the landing impact compared with running. New starters at a gymnastics club can usually expect a gradual introduction, beginning with basic bounces and body shapes before moving on to more advanced moves.
