About
Founded by the Bell family in October 2008, E.P.C Gymnastics is a friendly recreational gymnastics club in Ellesmere Port. It began in a school gymnasium before moving in 2010 into a fully equipped unit, becoming the first four-piece gymnastics centre in the Ellesmere Port and Chester area. Today it caters for all levels, from Thornton Industrial Estate.
The club is registered with British Gymnastics, and its coaches hold qualifications in General or Women's Artistic Gymnastics. Recreational gymnastics generally helps people build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence, with coaches supporting each gymnast to progress at their own pace.
