Welsh Kickboxing Organisation Aberdare

About

Based in Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taf, the Welsh Kickboxing Organisation Aberdare is a martial arts club listed for people in the area who are interested in kickboxing. It offers a local option for anyone looking to take up a striking discipline close to home.

Kickboxing clubs generally combine punching and kicking techniques with fitness work such as pad drills, conditioning and partner exercises. Many people take up the sport to improve their fitness, coordination and confidence, while others go on to grade or compete. It is usually worth contacting a club directly to ask about sessions, age groups and what to bring to your first class.
