In Southport, Merseyside, Unite Martial Arts teaches Taekwondo alongside kickboxing, karate and MMA to students from the age of three. Classes are split by age, with Dragons for 3 to 6 year olds, Cadets for 7 to 10 year olds, and a combined teens and adults group. There are also family sessions where parents and children train together, plus a ladies class for ages 7 and over. Newcomers can book a free taster session.
