Based in Birkenhead on the Wirral, Two Brothers Gym CIO is a martial arts gym focused on Muay Thai, the Thai combat sport that uses fists, elbows, knees and shins. The gym describes itself as friendly and supportive, welcoming anyone keen to learn and build their skills.

As a charitable organisation, it works with outside groups to open up training to disadvantaged people locally, including funded half term sessions and opportunities for vulnerable young people. More generally, Muay Thai is a demanding discipline that builds strength, stamina and agility, and many people take it up as much for fitness and confidence as for competition.
