Totem Gymnastics Club
About
Based in Ancoats, Manchester, Totem Gymnastics Club is a children's gymnastics club for ages 18 months to 16 years. Preschool sessions build basic movement skills through play, with parent and child classes for the youngest and an independent class for slightly older preschoolers. From age 4, recreational classes are split by age group and focus on skill development and confidence, with small groups and a structured, progressive approach.
Gymnastics is a great all-round activity for young people, generally helping with coordination, strength, balance and body awareness. Many families find that regular classes also give children a sociable setting in which to grow in confidence as they learn new skills.
