Inspired Gymnastics
About
Based at Parrs Wood High School in Didsbury, Manchester, Inspired Gymnastics is a recreational gymnastics club for children aged three and up. Classes are built around the needs of the children, and the coaching team aims to keep sessions fun and supportive so each gymnast can progress at their own pace. Children who are ready for harder skills may be invited into advanced classes, and the club also runs holiday camps.
Recreational gymnastics is generally a good way for children to build strength, balance, coordination and confidence. Beginners usually start with basic movements such as rolls, jumps and balances, gradually working towards more complex skills as they grow in ability.
