Based in the Dairy Farm Shopping Centre on Stewartstown Road, Talos Grappling is a martial arts academy in West Belfast specialising in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling. It welcomes students of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced grapplers, and is open to new members as well as visitors dropping in from other academies and disciplines.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on ground fighting, control and submissions, and it suits people looking to get in shape, learn self defence, or train towards competition. Sessions are run across the week from morning to evening, so there is flexibility to fit training around your day.
