Based in Belfast, Lycan Grappling Academy is a martial arts school specialising in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, with roots going back around 25 years. The academy draws on lineage learned from Roger Gracie, his father and the Estima brothers, and now passes that grappling knowledge on to its own students.

Alongside its Essentials and Advanced BJJ sessions, the club offers a beginners programme, a Little Wolves class for children, judo, and women's only BJJ and self-defence.
