Based in Arnold, Nottingham, Red Knights Kickboxing & Martial Arts is a family run school that welcomes all ages and abilities, from young children of three years old right up to those aged 65 and over. Kickboxing sits at the heart of what they do, with separate classes for adults, juniors and the youngest beginners.
Martial arts training is a good way to build fitness, confidence and self control, and classes here are organised so that both newcomers and more experienced students can take part at a pace that suits them. A complimentary trial class is available for anyone wanting to try it out first.
