PKA Kickboxing - Lenton
About
Based at the Lenton Centre in Nottingham, PKA Kickboxing runs kickboxing sessions for both children and adults as part of the KickboxUK network. Classes take place on Monday evenings, with a junior group and a separate session for teenagers and adults, so different age groups can train at a level that suits them.
