Focused on Wing Chun kung fu, Meridian Kung Fu is a martial arts school based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. It has been teaching children and adults for more than 25 years, with courses that take complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners regardless of age or starting fitness.
Classes are split across age groups, from young children through to teens and adults, alongside programmes such as leadership training and workplace self defence. A martial arts club like this is a good place to build coordination, confidence and self defence skills in a structured, coached setting.
