Luton Gymnastics Club
About
Based in Luton, Luton Gymnastics Club is a gymnastics club for children of all ages and abilities. Its permanent venue on Concorde Street was refurbished in April 2019 and includes a sprung floor. The club welcomes gymnasts whether they take part for fun, for fitness or at a competitive level, and values every member equally whatever their level.
Alongside regular classes, the club runs a badge scheme, holiday gym sessions, parties and a Young Leadership Academy. Gymnastics in general is a good way for children to build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence, and many clubs offer a clear progression path from first cartwheels to more advanced skills.
