Based in Luton, Salto Gymnastics Club is run as a charitable foundation offering multi-discipline gymnastics classes for members of all ages and abilities. The programme stretches from Playgym, parent and toddler and pre-school sessions through to recreational classes for children aged five and over, adult gymnastics, SEND sessions and home education groups, with an invite-only squad for more committed gymnasts.

A gymnastics club is generally a good place to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination in a supervised setting. Younger children often start with play-based sessions that develop confidence and movement skills, while older juniors and adults can progress through structured skills at their own pace. Many clubs also offer holiday activities and parties alongside regular classes.
