John Lynn's Black Belt Karate Academy

About

Based in Rhyl, Denbighshire, John Lynn's Black Belt Karate Academy is a martial arts club focused on karate. It offers local people a place to train in this traditional striking art close to home on the North Wales coast.

Karate clubs generally suit a wide range of ages and fitness levels, with training built around stances, strikes, blocks and set patterns known as kata. Many people take it up to improve fitness, coordination and confidence, and grading through the coloured belts gives a clear sense of progress. If you are thinking of starting, it is worth getting in touch with the club directly to ask about sessions and how new members can join.
