Haneul Dragons Taekwondo

About

Based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, Haneul Dragons Taekwondo is a martial arts club focused on the Korean discipline of taekwondo. The club has its own website, which is the best place to check for current details before visiting.

Taekwondo is generally known for its fast, dynamic kicking techniques alongside punches, blocks and patterns. Clubs teaching it typically work through a coloured belt grading system, and regular training tends to build flexibility, balance, coordination and confidence. Many people take it up for fitness and self-discipline as much as for self-defence, and it is often practised by a wide range of ages and abilities.
