GRACIE ALLEGIANCE UK

About

Based in Brentwood, Essex, Gracie Allegiance UK is a martial arts club listed in our directory. The Gracie name is closely associated with Brazilian jiu-jitsu, though visitors are best advised to contact the club directly to confirm what is taught and when sessions run.

Martial arts training in general offers a good mix of fitness, discipline and practical skill. Most clubs welcome newcomers and build technique gradually, so a first visit is usually about learning the basics, meeting the group and getting a feel for the training. Comfortable sportswear and a willingness to learn are typically all you need to get started.
