Wing Chun Kung Fu is the focus at Fuli Martial Arts, a martial arts school in Brentwood, Essex, with classes for every age group. Children are split into age-based groups (Tigers, Dragons and Phoenix), followed by separate teen and adult classes. Children's sessions aim to build confidence, self respect and self defence skills, while adults learn to protect themselves and look after mind and body.

Wing Chun is a close-range Chinese martial art generally known for its efficient, direct techniques and emphasis on balance and structure. It tends to suit people of many ages and fitness levels, and training usually blends drills, partner work and practical self defence alongside steady personal progress.
