Gladiators Combat Academy boxing-k1-muaythai

About

Based in Bridgend, Gladiators Combat Academy is a martial arts club whose name points to a focus on boxing, K1 and Muay Thai. It serves people in and around Bridgend County Borough who are interested in striking-based combat sports.

Striking clubs of this kind generally offer a mix of technique work, pad and bag drills, and conditioning, with sparring usually introduced gradually as confidence grows. Many people try these disciplines to improve fitness, learn self-defence or simply enjoy training alongside others. If you are curious, it is worth getting in touch with the club directly to ask about sessions and how newcomers can get started.
