First Gymnastics Chester

For children aged 4 to 12 in Chester, First Gymnastics offers weekly gymnastics classes for both boys and girls during term time. Sessions run on school day evenings or at weekends, covering jumps, rolls, balancing, bars, vaulting, trampettes and airtrack work. Coaches are qualified and DBS checked, and holiday camps run during school breaks, open to all children whether or not they attend the weekly classes.

Gymnastics at this level is generally about building confidence, coordination and strength through play and gradual skill progression.
