Serving families across Wigan and the wider north west, Family Martial Arts Centres runs martial arts classes for a range of ages, from tots and children through to adults and whole families. Programmes are organised around different age groups, with dedicated beginner sessions to help newcomers get started.
Martial arts training is a good way to build fitness, confidence and self discipline in a structured, supportive setting. Sessions here are grouped by age, so students can train alongside others at a similar stage.
