Based in Sheffield, Excel Martial Arts is a martial arts school for all ages, with programmes running from young children right through to adults. MiniStrike classes cater for ages 4 to 6, Juniors for ages 7 to 12, and Teens and Adults for ages 13 and over. There's also Ladies Kickboxing, school holiday day camps and self-defence workshops for families and women.

Martial arts training is a good way to build fitness, confidence and discipline, whether you're signing up a child for a structured activity or looking to take up something new yourself. Beginners are usually welcome, so it's worth getting in touch to find a class that suits you.
