Curaik Martial Arts

Based in Sheffield, Curaik Martial Arts teaches two disciplines: Japanese traditional Ju-Jitsu for kids, families and adults from age five, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and families. Sessions run across several venues in the city, including Hillsborough Leisure Centre (S6), Concord Sports Centre (S5) and Sheffield Shootfighters MMA Club (S2), with the BJJ classes held at the Shootfighters venue.

Classes are open to first-time beginners as well as those with some experience, with instructors guiding both children and adults through their training. Martial arts of this kind are a good way to build fitness, confidence and self-defence skills, and the family-friendly format makes it easy for relatives to train together.
