Edghill Martial Arts

About

Based in Colwyn Bay, Edghill Martial Arts is a martial arts club serving the Conwy area of North Wales. The club also goes by the name EMA Academy, and anyone curious about training locally may find it a useful place to start their enquiries.

Martial arts training in general offers a mix of fitness, coordination and self-discipline, and many clubs welcome people of different ages and experience levels. If you are thinking of trying a class, it is usually worth getting in touch first to ask about which sessions suit newcomers and what to bring along.
