About

Based in Ballynahinch, Down Community JuJitsu Clubs is a martial arts organisation running self defence and JuJitsu training at five venues across County Down, including Crossgar, Newcastle, Drumaness and Saintfield. Established in 1999 and part of the Cobra Martial Arts Association, the clubs welcome people of every age and ability, and each group is kept small and sociable.

JuJitsu is a broad discipline that blends strikes, kicks, joint locks, throws, groundwork and weapons training. For newcomers, a martial arts class like this is generally a good way to build fitness, coordination and confidence while learning practical self defence alongside others.
