Set in Dundee, Good Health and Fitness is a gym offering a mix of personal training, group classes, sports therapy and online coaching. Group sessions are capped at 12 people, which lets the trainers keep an eye on technique and help clients train safely while getting the most from each workout. The team has spent the past decade building a community that leans on family values, welcoming and supporting members as they progress.

A fitness setup like this generally suits people who want structured, coached sessions rather than working out alone, whether the goal is strength, cardio or a full body workout. One to one training is on offer for those who prefer sessions tailored to their own goals.
