Established in 2012, the club is accredited by GB JuJitsu for both disciplines and affiliated to Gary Savage for BJJ. Judo and BJJ are grappling arts built around throws, takedowns, pins and submissions, and they tend to suit people looking for a full-body workout alongside practical technique. Training in either style generally builds fitness, confidence and resilience, whether you want to compete or simply learn something new.
