Based in Stourport-on-Severn, this martial arts club has been part of the Wyre Forest community for over 20 years. It teaches both kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with classes for adults as well as dedicated kids kickboxing sessions, all held on a fully matted training area.

A martial arts club like this is a good place to build fitness, coordination and confidence while learning practical technique. Kickboxing focuses on striking and footwork, while Brazilian Jiu Jitsu centres on grappling and groundwork, so newcomers can try different styles as they progress.
